Taycom is seeking to fill a consulting position with our client to manage the SEC and month-end reporting responsibilities for one of their business units.  A solid understand of SEC reporting is required, with at least 3 years of experience and a CPA required.  Big 4 experience is a plus and is preferred.

The Scope of work for SEC Reporting Manager Includes:

Prior external reporting experience with 10-K, 10-Q and Form 8-K.

Responsibilities would include:

• Preparation of the quarterly reports including MD&A draft 
• Preparation of quarterly press releases
• Preparation of the year-end 10-K (S-K and S-X)
• Individual would be responsible for creating the above reports for the first time.
• Monthly analysis of the reporting entity to upper management
• Coordination with Operations for issuance of monthly reporting to partner
• Responsible for measurements of all required covenants under credit agreement and secured and unsecured notes. This includes calculation of all numbers used in measuring the ratios, etc in the covenants.
• Responsible for the timely, organized preparation of the above
• Responsible for the documentation of processes to complete the above
• Solid understanding of GAAP and SEC Rules
